• No Refunds: All payments made for spa services are non-refundable. Once a payment has been processed, it cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
• Gift Vouchers: Gift vouchers, once purchased, cannot be refunded or exchanged for cash.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Flexibility to Reschedule: If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you may reschedule it for a future date.
• Rescheduling Guidelines:
  • Rescheduling requests must be made at least 1 day in advance of your appointment time.
  • Rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will do our best to accommodate your preferred date and time.

3. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations: If you choose to cancel an appointment, please note that no refunds will be provided. You may, however, opt to reschedule your appointment as outlined above.
• Missed Appointments: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the forfeiture of the payment.
